Redesign of contemporary rental apartments, with the aim of strengthening the relationship between interior and exterior spaces.
By taking advantage of the surrounding views while maintaining the existing spatial layout, the apartments were redesigned with the primary goal of upgrading and maximizing their functionality and overall potential. The design intervention focuses on enhancing spatial quality while respecting the original architectural structure.
Natural materials such as woven fibers, linen, and wood were carefully selected to strengthen the building’s connection to its natural context and reinforce a sense of material authenticity.
The minimal aesthetic, combined with influences from Japandi and Wabi-Sabi design principles, creates an atmosphere of calmness, simplicity, and understated harmony for the visitor.
The project aims to establish a quiet, contemporary living environment that exists in balance with the natural landscape.
