About
A private residence defined by restraint and precision.
Raw exposed concrete columns frame double-height living spaces that dissolve into a poolside courtyard through floor-to-ceiling glazing — every room a studied exercise in material contrast: warm oak against cool plaster, black marble against bare concrete, soft upholstery against hard geometric light fixtures.
The ground floor opens across two axes — toward the pool and into a bold matte-black kitchen clad in Marquina marble.
Upstairs, private spaces embrace a purer minimalism: seamless white volumes, flush doors, and cove lighting, broken only by considered accents of colour and texture. The master bathroom pushes outward through full-height glass to the tree canopy, grounding the home's quiet dialogue between the built and the natural.
